When We Issue Refunds
- You were charged but never received your download link
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- The template file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- The template received is significantly different from the description
How to Request
Email within 7 days of purchase with:
- Your full name
- Order number or payment reference
- Reason for refund
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via PayFast to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you purchased the wrong template, contact us and we'll exchange it at no extra cost.
